Coconut Cream
Condensed Milk
Lime Juice
Pineapple Juice
Blend all ingredients in a blender until combined. Top with a slice of pineapple. ¡Salud!

Mexican Cold Brew
Spiced Simple Syrup*
Dashes of Orange Bitters
Shake all ingredients together, hard and long to create froth. Garnish with a coffee bean. ¡Salud!

1 c Sugar
1 c Water
Add in cinnamon sticks, cardamom, and cloves
Bring to a slight boil
The longer you leave in the spices, the more flavorful it gets
Strain before adding to cocktail recipe
