Happy Dia de Los Muertos! At Madam Paleta Flavor Infused Tequila, we are living for this cooled, flavorful, boozy take on Mexican Atole, a traditionally a warm, rich drink, thickened with masa and flavored with warming spices.

Our take brings the rejuvenating, nourishing feel of traditional Atole into a cooled cocktail designed to bring life to your party on the Day of the Dead (or bring you life, for those moments that require the right  cocktail to rejoin the land of the living). W

 

e use a heated syrup made from sugar, corn flour and cinnamon; cooled off and combined with Madam Paleta’s tamarind flavor infused tequila, cinnamon whiskey, and lime, we have a perfectly spiced, celebratory cocktail, an Atole to Die For.

RECIPE

Madam Paleta Tamarind Tequila
Fresh Lime Juice
Cinnamon Whiskey
Atole Cinnamon Syrup

Shake all ingredients together and serve over ice.

Bring all ingredients to a slow boil and double strain.
